Cul de Sac
For Mars Hill Road DOT proposes removing the existing right-in and right-out intersections at SR 316 and constructing cul-de-sacs on the north and south sides of SR 316. Mars Hill Rd. would no longer intersect with SR316. Construction is proposed to begin in 2028.
